"We
make a living by what we get, but we make a life by
what we give. "
~Winston Churchill

The
mantra of "giving back" to its customers that has been the
prime reason that Tri-City Sales has been a landmark business
in the North Shore for almost five decades and three family
generations. . .
Thirty years ago, when Rick Cohen, started working at Tri-City
Sales, Inc., he started in humble fashion, by sweeping floors
and making deliveries. He had large shoes to fill, because
the business was founded by his grandfather, Samuel Rome
in 1958, followed by his father David Cohen, who built Tri-City
Sales into the area's niche place for appliances and electronics.

"We realize that our customers
expect a much higher level of service from us and
we deliver that, it's our livelihood, We're a hidden
gem."
~President,
Rick Cohen

Fast forward two generations later and years of keeping
up with everchanging technology, Rick Cohen currently serves
as the company's President and continues to build upon Tri-City's
outstanding reputation for quality service, selection and
lowest prices. Customers have the comfort of knowing that
they will be dealing with a sales staff with over 125 years
of combined experience to assist them in choosing the best
appliances for their needs.
If
you shopped at Tri-City Sales over 20 years ago, it's not
unreasonable to expect to see some of the same faces on
the sales floor assisting you again. Vice President Tom
Kulevich is Rick Cohen's brother-in-law and has spent the
past decade working alongside him.

"In terms of experience, there's
no one out there who can match us."

The sale staff at Tri-City Sales "cares" about their customers.
It's that simple. And their commitment to personal service
begins from the moment a customer enters the showroom to
the actual delivery and installation of their product. "We
want to make sure that no issues go unresolved," Cohen says.
Boston
real estate developer Ori Ron has been a Tri-City customer
for over 10 years. He purchases
all his major appliances there and continues to shop at
Tri-City because he simply gets the best pricing and the
best service. "I've been very happy with them," says Ron.
"They are very attentive." Mike Pergola of Pergola Construction
Company in Swamp scott couldn't agree more. He's been a
Tri-City customer for over twenty years and purchases appliances
for both his business and personal use. "They have a great
showroom" he says. "It's always great to bring people there."
|
"one of the things that stand
out about Tri-City is their service. Their whole operation
is first class."

Tri-City
Sales has developed relationships with local architects,
cabinet dealers, contractors and kitchen designers to ensure
that the projects that are undertaken
by their customers' runs as smoothly as possible. "The
synergies we have developed with these professionals add
to the valued services we can offer our customers," adds
Kulevich.
So, it's back to basics. Customers want to feel like they
are being heard and that their individual needs are being
met when selecting an appliance or television for their
home. "Every customer is really important to us," says Cohen.
"We take the stress out of your appliance or electronic
purchase and you won't find an easier or more comfortable
place to buy them".
