Quick to chill which was great for saving food. Took a couple days to finally stabilize temps but fridge maintained safe range during that process. Only downside was adjusting to new and different shelving arrangement. But "so far so good".

This refrigerator failed within the first seven months. It completely stopped working due to a failed defrost timer. It failed on a Saturday and I couldn't get service until Wednesday. I don't think Frigidaire understands that a non working refrigerator is not the same as a dishwasher or washing machine. Fresh food needs immediate refrigeration. No loaner refrigerator or any such thing. If you have this model, call and insist they replace this component. It will fail.The service guy was great! It took all of five minutes to diagnose the problem and replace the faulty component. He was prompt, professional, and friendly.

I love the two roll out drawers. What I most definitely miss, is a butter section or as my niece likes to call it "a butter home". I liked my last Frigidaire mush better because it had a cold cut drawer and a butter section. Why did you remove those two essential items? Those were great features which kept the refrigerator much more organized.

Fridge is good, and good for the price. Only issue I had was w delivery. I paid to get the hinges reversed and the guys didn't do it, and said the couldn't, which clearly they could. Called to get a refund on that extra cost and haven't gotten any confirmation on the refund.

Lightly used refrigerator stopped working after 8 months and we are still waiting for repair service. Doesn't get cold at all in main unit despite the freezer working. So disappointed and sad. What is the state of our manufacturing in the US? Where is quality control. I'm used to having a refrigerator that runs for years without problems.

Purchased this on 8/10/24. It stopped working on 1/25/25. On 1/27/25 I called for warranty service. First available day was 2/7 -- 11 days later. This is not an acceptable delay for a repair to a refrigerator. I decided to diagnose/repair the refrigerator myself. Frigidaire told me that doing so would void the warranty. On 2/1 I replaced the timer (cost me $98.28 for the part), which luckily solved the problem. On 2/2 I mailed a letter to Frigidaire... documenting my negative experience and requesting reimbursement for the timer. Fridigidaire did not even bother to respond.

The refrigerator we have was purchased less than a year ago but it is having problems. We have contracted the warranty company multiple times over the span of 3 1/2 months and the issues has not been resolved. Every time we speak to someone at the warranty company they tell us they will do something then when we call back they have not done it and have no record of previous calls, they have been rude and unprofessional and we have had 4 appliances companies assigned to come fix the product and they have not fixed it and the warranty company will not replace it.

We have been trying to get a refrigerator that is less than a year old fixed for 3 months. The customer service team will not answer direct questions, they keep claiming they don™™t have any documentation of conversations although we call daily, a supposed to be supervisor gave us the wrong reference number , they have given us 4 repair appointments and they have cancelled all of them. This is the worst experience ever and I would not buy anything from Frigidaire.
