I am glad I didn't throw away my 20 year old washers. These washers have been nothing but trouble. I'm so tired of working on the new Whirlpool washers, I put my old washers back in because the new ones won't work. Total Lemons !!!

Broke after warranty expired

Cedar Creek RV Park 7/25/2026

I bought 2 washers. One is doing fine. The other broke down a few days after the warranty expired. It cost me $1500 to have it fixed. I could have bought another one for that price. My advice if you buy this washer getbthe extended warranty.

Our machines get a lot of use and occasionally abuse. So far this machine has performed flawlessly, requiring little to no maintenance. I will definitely purchase again when the need arises. I don™€™t understand how or why the ™€œAI Topics™€ got automatically selected and can™€™t change it. This review is for the overall machine and not one specific area.

Sticking to Maytag!

NormaG 7/17/2026

These are the worst machines ever! I bought two for a small laundry facility and they have been out of service longer than they have been in service. They only come with a 90 day guarantee on parts & labor and 1 year for parts. If you have the time to wait for the parts dept to take your order. Tech support is relatively quick but it™€™s hit n miss. I have replaced 3 computer boards on one and it still doesn™€™t work. I am lucky it™€™s twin didn™€™t stop working when the other one did. At first they both seemed to go out together within days. I want my money back. Somebody needs to start a class action lawsuit on these lemons. I™€™m sticking to Maytag. I bought 4 refurbished models for almost a third the cost of these and 2 are still going after 5 years. The other 2 worked but only for free. Easy fix that I should have done opposed to buying these!

Good Machine (except for control board)

ChiMart 6/29/2026

The washing machine does a good job in our small apartment building. My review would have been 5-stars except for the fact a sensor on the control board recently failed and the entire board needed to be replaced because the sensor is embedded on the board.

Never buy again, the Top-Load Washer,...was a mess from the begining,This is a NON Commercial machine...was used for a two families and do a lot of issues.Warranty just cover the parts (Home Depot said 1 year/but really was 3 months),and you still need pay for an expensive labor.I was replace a lot of parts, and still some times don't work well,...many issues,to keep the cycles,to get the total water, and coins prt have a many issues too...Don't BUY THIS APLIANCE,...Not is a Commercial machine !!!
