Short-lived and poor quality. Being a Monogram appliance, I expected it to have a long lifespan, but it broke down after just 4 years of use .
The profile microwaves I have owned lasted 10+ years. Given the higher price tag, I expected monogram to last at least as long if not longer.

When our last microwave died, our home warranty company replaced it with this high end model. It™™s beautiful. Heated well and easy to use. Unfortunately, the motor blew up last week after cooking bacon. The microwave will not turn on and the microwave is less than 14 months old. We no longer have our home warranty company because they were horrible, so now we have to fork over the money for a new microwave.

Very very very happy with this microwave. We were hoping for a replacement unit like the one before but it's no longer being produced. This one is MUCH better and I'm glad we paid the extra money for it instead of going with a cheaper brand. It has many features that precise when using for cooking.

I™™m giving this a four star because there were no instruction Manual™™s with it. I have been trying to find one online but am having trouble finding one there too. I love the looks of it and the easy settings I have had no trouble with. I previously had Monogram products in my kitchen so when I decided to remodel it I chose the Monogram microwave and ovens again. Hopefully I will find a manual and next time I review it give it a 5!

Well built and quite when in operation, however buttons are harder to read than previous model and the rearrangement of the buttons made it less intuitive than previous model.

Nice Microwave, However; My Kitchen is all Stainless Steel Monogram products including my previous Microwave. It would of been nice to have a Stainless Steel option to replace my old Microwave with instead of having to go with a black option that now doesn't match the rest of my Kitchen.

This microwave is very basic, unimpressive. Not terribly impressed, but does the job. The door is loud opening and especially closing. Worth the price tag? Maybe not, but like keeping with the same brand throughout the kitchen™¦this was the choice based on the brand I chose.

The microwave operates beautifully, however without a handle, the front of the unit is easily marked with fingerprints, etc. I spend more time cleaning and polishing the front of the microwave than I actually use it.

Very easy to use. We had a Thermador microwave before that cost twice as much, and it took 4 or 5 selections just to heat up anything. With the Monogram, you can press one button and it will heat up whatever you like.

Only problem inside the microwave is black with barely any light. Who designed this oven.? I have had several cheap one and expensive ones NEvER a dark™¦ I can barely see food or walls to clean

This Monogram microwave is replacing our original one that lasted 9 years. It's an updated model from our original and even easier to operate. It also seems to have more power. I can microwave water for 1 1/2 minutes and the water is scorched hot! Happy with my new microwave and hope it lasts forever!

My microwave is so easy to use! It is very deep and accomodates a large dish quite easily. The express button is amazing. I hit it and on it goes, no other buttons needed to be pushed. The cooking is evenly done! And..it is quiet.

This model should have been a replacement for the model i had™™ but it isn™™t. It isn™™t a convection/microwave and the trim kit isn™™t the same size. The microwave does a good job and is very quiet.

The microwave works flawlessly, love the silent mode. The cook options are ok, not as accurate as I would have hoped (popcorn for example, not enough time).
the only real gripe is the turn table is loud.

The trim kit was delivered dented. Colorado Appliance forwarded the request to replace the kit to a ™Factory Authorized Service Center™. The email set the expectation that they will contact within 72 hours. I have not heard back nearly 30-days later.

This "Made in China" microwave with a "Monogram" label is powerful and effective, but just does not last long. This is our third microwave in 10 years. Unfortunately, our kitchen built in location was designed with specs of this microwave. I hope Monogram will come out with a counter top microwave that we can place in the same space which I have been told is better than a built in because the built in trim kit impedes air flow which shortens the life of the appliance.

We had remodeled our kitchen with a Monogram suite of appliances, which are far more reliable than their microwave. Unfortunately, the built in location was designed with specs of this microwave. Our regular GE service person recommended us to buy the counter top microwave and put that in it's place. He says that the trim kit impedes air flow and shortens the life.

The microwave worked for 2 weeks. The repair person blamed outlet which was checked okay by electrician. The unit ran for 3 warm up and died again. Parts are on order. The second repair is out 2 more weeks. By then we will be out of use for 4 weeks.

This is my second Monogram microwave. The first lasted 15 years through children and grandchildren. I really like the new features on this model and the overall appearance. My cooktop, oven and refrigerator are all GE Monogram and I wouldn't want anything else.

This purchase was a replacement of the previous monogram that sparks flew when cooking. This newer version is smaller in size, more black plastic with less stainless steel. Panel all black and ugly looking. And the interior of all things is dark gray not white! Don™™t buy this.
