I wanted to write a letter of thanks and gratitude to Tri-City Sales Ipswich and especially to Sales Representative Cathy Distefano for the kind and speedy service of the past 5 years: In the fall of 2020 my washer/dryer combo was a sensitive issue, due to space limitations, unique plug size, etc. I was fitted by Tri-City within a short time.. a new Whirlpool unit up and running in a very short time. The end of the season of 2021 my in the wall AC died on what was mostly a very hot summer, I gave the information to Cathy D and had the right dimensions, plug size, and size installed, a beautiful new Friedrich 12,000 BTU A/C in the wall and ready for next season. Cut to: Only a few weeks ago my very old Maytag dishwasher finally saw it's demise. Cathy Distefano to the rescue once again!! I went to Tri--City and told Cathy that I was in need of a new dishwasher, and within a few short minutes bought a new Maytag and it was delivered and installed in just over a week's time. it works so good, I've used it 4 or 5 times already. Brian is awesome! I was so reluctant on getting my project started because I didn’t know what to do for appliances. He guided me every step of the way and worked it out for me to get the most rebates for certain items. When my fridge was delivered, there was an issue with the door, within an hour Brian had a solution to get it fixed. He’s witty, sarcastic and hilarious. If you need appliances, he’s your guy! 10/10 hands down best service I have ever received! So glad I did not go to a big box store!!

Excellent customer service. My washer failed and needed one ASAP. I walked in, knew I wanted another GE, walked out in 10 mins heading to their warehouse 15 min away. I was greeted by the warehouse staff with a friendly smile. The washer was loaded into my SUV in 5 min (the teamed had inspected the washer in advance and assured me no dents or shipping damage ) A neighbor helped me unload. I installed the washer and had a load in within 3 hours of meeting my excellent sales person Mark. A very satisfying experience at Tri-City. It’s my second appliance. Janet went out of her way to help me find a white electric slide in range. She explain the two manufacturers and the difference between each one. I chose the GE. She explained that it had to be ordered and it could take a month. I was very happy because my range works but the oven temperature does not. Excellent customer service. I picked out a stove online. It was delivered today and I wasn’t happy with the looks of it. Totally my fault but went to the store in Ipswich and spoke with the girl (cathy)I ordered it from and asked if I could return it for something else. With a cost to me for restocking and another delivery fee (which I expected) I will be getting a new stove next Tuesday. I so appreciate them doing this for me.

We visited Tri-City Sales in Ipswitch to look at a replacement refrigerator. The sales representative, Mike Hurley, was extremely responsive and helpful with our choice. We wanted a slightly larger fridge than we had, but realized quickly that it would be an extremely tight fit in our apartment. Matt worked with us and did some tests in order to assure us the new unit would fit in our place. We took delivery in a few days and are very happy with our new fridge. Overall a great experience with Tri-City Sales in Ipswitch.

Tri-City sales is great to work with and we’ll do everything to accommodate you. They don’t charge any storage fees while your appliances are in the warehouse. They will deliver the appliances when you are ready for them.

Walked us through a number of different options and was super clear and honest about pros and cons of all, not just worried about selling us the highest price tags. My wife and I have bought a number of Appliances from Tri City Sales both from the Salem and Ipswich locations and have always been pleased with them. This time we decided to start the search to see what it would cost to replace those appliances that are close to their life expectancy, before we are forced to make a rushed decision. We went to the Ipswich store and talked to Cathy. She asked what we were looking for and presented a number of options and the range of prices. She said that based on what we were looking for and the amount of cooking we do etc. We could think it over and get back to her. We both said that she gave us a lot to think about, but at no time did we feel that she was pushing us to a certain product. I called her a few times with questions and got response within an hour. With the prices that we thought were very reasonable we made the move to go forward. Cathy was one of the main reasons we went with Tri-City to purchase three appliances. She arranged delivery, removal and discard the old ones. With Cathy's guidance we know we made the right decision. After our experience with Cathy, Tri City will always be our first choice for appliances.

When our LG washer that was just a few months old, had an electronics failure, Rather than simply replace a circuit board, Mark Cohen arranged with the factory to have the entire unit replaced at no charge. Mark was also very helpful to identify an exact replacement for a 20 year-old microwave. He also arranged for the installer to deliver the new microwave and install it on a date convenient for us.

After multiple attempts to get these items delivered and installed, I got fed up and cancelled the whole order at Lowes. I called Brian from Tri-City and in 1 phone call got everything taken care of and installed within 72 hours. I will never make the mistake of ordering appliances at Lowes again. Great experience and prices! Look no further! What I liked about Tri-City Sales was they have little electronic tags in every appliance and a sales system that constantly updates with competitor price matching. We were quoted a price on an appliance and by the time we were finalizing the sale, Janet says, oh wait, hang on, the price lowered! We have a very old, unusually small double oven that we need replaced. Not only did they have the rare width, but they have an experienced installer that is going to make the necessary adjustments to the existing cabinet. We put off this project for years thinking we would have to hire someone separate but we are elated to find all of our needs at one local place. They also take the old appliances. The customer service is top notch! The whole team was so nice, but Janet has been so great with her communications, connecting with the installer, and getting us the best prices. All around great experience, highly recommend!

Matthew Hurley at the Ipswich store was very knowledgeable of the washing machines and what would work for my application. He took a little off the matched sale price. He made it easy. I purchased the Maytag commercial grade 3.5cf top load machine which fits in my limited space. $879 was a great price for the Presidents weekend sale. They had same week delivery available. So they have access to stock. Now to see how delivery goes. They have their own people who install and take away the old one. We will see how that goes as I haven’t rector yet.

Every time I get something delivered from Tri-City Sales I think- I have to tell somebody about Joe and Junior and how great they are. Today is the day! These two guys are like workhorses- they wrangle heavy, awkward refrigerators and stoves up stairs in old houses that have the most unforgiving hallways and doors. They’ve both been doing this for a while so I’m sure their experience makes the seemingly impossible, possible, but I am telling you they could teach a class on teamwork. Additionally, no matter the temperature or snow or rain they are two of the most pleasant guys doing a backbreaking job-every single delivery. And they are neat and very respectful of your property! Tri-City Sales is lucky to have them. I certainly appreciate their effort and am happy to finally let it be known.

Tri city makes it so easy . When I found out I could not fix my Maytag washer, I called Tri City. I spoke w Carol , she was very helpful . She took the model no of my old washer and suggested a compatible one . We did the sale by phone . This is not the first time I have purchased from Tri City by phone . We had a wonderful experience with tri-city sales! I had my old stove break suddenly and we had to find a replacement quickly. We first spoke with a wonderful young man on the phone and followed up with a showroom visit. Julie was there and helped us complete our purchase. We received a beautiful new induction range that was installed by their own men. They were great !! The price was very competitive and now in just a couple of days we are all set! Tri-City is great! I ordered online. The delivery guys showed up on time, were super polite and friendly, and installed our new range with no problems. It was a tricky install because of our tight kitchen layout, but they managed to get it in place safely. This was my first time ordering from Tri-City. I had been really nervous after a bad delivery experience with a competitor, but it turned out to be wonderful. Thank you so much for the great experience! We then ran into some construction delays and didn't install the unit for a little while, when we finally got around to it we discovered a missing piece. Last week we purchased a fridge from Tri-City-Sales. Julie was very helpful — found an option that is a perfect fit for our space, with the minimal, non-nonsense features that we were looking for. This is my third appliance purchase with Tri-City. My first was to purchase all new appliances for a kitchen renovation, and then worked with them when I needed a new washing machine, and most recently a new dryer. Brian was able to help me select a dryer that would fit my needs quickly & easily over the phone, and coordinate a delivery and installation by a plumber for the very next day. I was having a horrible experience through Home Depot after they attempted and failed to deliver a new washing machine three separate times each time with a different issue. I was able to cancel that order and Julie worked with me to see how quickly we would be able to get a delivery set up. Tri-city was able to deliver the appliance at a similar price the next business day and had no issues at all with the delivery and installation. We should have come here first. They definitely care about the customer and we will definitely be using them for appliances in the future!

We had a great experience with tri city sales of Ipswich, Cathy Distefano did a wonderful job explaining all our options for all new appliances for a new kitchen. She took the time to show us everything, explain features and coordinate the delivery of the items. The delivery team was amazing, they gave us the time window of between 10-2 and they showed up promptly at 10! So happy I went to Tri-City! I have an older home, with a narrow entry into my basement, and I needed a new washing machine that would fit through this limited space. MICHAEL MARINO, from Tri-City, reviewed my photos, took measurements and discussed with delivery men. They felt that washer I chose would fit and it was delivered today. The delivery guys were awesome, understood the issue and got that machine in perfectly! Thank you to Michael Marino for making a very anxious situation work! I have been helped by Chuck twice for new dishwashers and he is amazing. His knowledge and customer service skills are absolutely outstanding. I thought after buying the first one I would be done, but then we moved to a different house and I needed another one. I didn’t hesitate to come back to Tri-City. I will certainly go back there again when my next appliance need arises. Their prices are very reasonable. Even the install fee doesn’t differ much from Lowe’s.

Julie Kramer was able to find a replacement for our old Miele dishwasher that would accept the same size panels and kept us informed throughout the process. It was installed by Steve Lipsky who did a great job of installing the new and hauling out the old which required getting it up over a short, but steep hill. Julie also solved a misunderstanding about Subzero refrigerator drawers that we thought had been ordered through Clarke and had not been. She paid attention to every detail.

Our refrigerator died so started our shopping TCS. Once we started we decided to update everything so we bought a new kitchen suite from TCS. Super helpful, low pressure and very knowledgeable salesman, Matt Hurley. Things were delivered and removed neat and cleanly with couresous techs. I would recommend over big box as we made a mistake on one appliance ( all our fault in picking the correct size, despite being questioned !! ) they could not have been more helpful in getting us the right size appliance. Getting to us as quick as possible. We had done some online shopping but after working with Matt we saw no reason to visit the big box places. Super positive buying experience. Highly recommend !!

We had a great experience with Tri-City Sales in Salem during our kitchen renovation. We needed a stove, dishwasher and overhead microwave, which Julie Kramer helped us with. Julie was so very helpful and very knowledgeable and always there for us when we had questions. When we received our stove, the door was scratched. I called Julie and she responded very quickly and arranged for a service call. Julie also helped us select a mini fridge while we underwent our kitchen renovation. The service technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. Caesar came to replace our door and while he was here, he happily answered all our questions we had about our new appliances. I was shopping for all new appliances for a total kitchen overhaul and was given Cathy’s information as a contact. She was SO incredibly helpful! I didn’t have time to come in and she was able to assist me via email, checking specs for me and suggesting alternatives to appliances that would work better with my budget or my timeline if my original item was on backorder. I got everything in time for installation, she even recommended people to install who were wonderful as well, and when one of my appliances turned out to have an issue, she was able to get it taken care of within the week! I could not be more impressed with her service. I will recommend her to anyone looking for appliances.

I was not sure the washer dryer tower/stack would find in our laundry room. Cathy in sales worked with me extremely well. I have no previous purchases here, this was my first. I 100% would buy here again. Cathy’s overall attitude and wanting to get it right was awesome. No chance i would get that at Lowe’s Or any big time chain. She did a lot of problem solving to make sure this would fit through the door and under a vent as we needed. It’s in!! Just fit. Can’t wait to hook it up this week. Thanks so much for the extra effort!!

Kerri at Tri-City Sales Appliances in Ipswich was terrific. We purchased a dishwasher a few years ago from them and were pleased with the service and knowledge of Tri-City sales. So when we needed all new appliances for our new house I called them again and although I knew generally which appliances I wanted she gave me some additional options to consider. She was cost conscious and provided information on current promotions and rebates to get me all the 5 major appliances as cheap as or cheaper than any of the big box stores or local competition (they price match anyway). It feels good to support a local community business especially who have employees like Kerri who care about their customers.

Mike Mariono was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He helped me determine what type of refrigerator that would best fit my needs/measurements. I was very impressed with his style and knowledge, much needed when purchasing something like a refrigerator. I told Mike I had been without a fridge for weeks, he said "we can't have that". I was in dire need of a new stove. Julie KramerWas a tremendous help, and it was only a matter of a couple of weeks that my stove was delivered. They have their own warehouse, and I had picked out my stove from the picture shown. It’s beautiful! The one thing I did learn was that there is no point in going anywhere else to look for this, because they have everything you need right in the store or their own warehouse. Everyone there was very cordial and wonderful to me, explaining everything. Highly recommend Tri City to my friends and family.

Bought a fridge with hopes of installation before Thanksgiving. Tri-City delivered! Delivery crew did a great job being extremely careful with the very tight tolerances our doorway offered them. Every step of the process took place as expected. Fridge in stock. Delivery on this day of the week. Phone call to confirm delivery window the day before. Delivery shows up at the beginning of the delivery window. Old fridge and all packing materials removed. Was a great experience. Would recommend. Will do business with them again.

Give these people a go before the big box stores. I needed an optional part for my Samsung range, the manufacturer couldn't get it until January, Tri-City had it in stock and got it from the warehouse in two days. It would have been one day if it wasn't immediately before Thanksgiving. Very friendly and helpful staff. We went to their Ipswich showroom, they have a lot more choice than places like Lowes and Best Buy. Same price too, for what I needed.

Cathy at Tri City in Ipswich is great. We bought an oven from her last fall, and she helped us figure out what we wanted, and we love it. My 15 yo washing machine was giving off a burning smell, and the door wasn't closing properly - so I called Cathy. Bought it on Sunday, guys are delivering it today (Tuesday!). She kept me up to date on availability and odd questions I asked. I love buying local, and from a woman to boot! Great local business, very customer friendly and they match prices to the big stores. Tri City Sales was incredible to work with. I worked with Kerri and she was very communicative and informative about the appliances that I was looking at. The delivery drivers were wonderful as well, polite and very helpful. If you are looking for one appliance or several, I would suggest stopping by their showroom. Went to Tri-City in Ipswich on a Saturday. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledge. She gave us very honest assessment, didn't try to sell us the expensive one, helped us to pick out the one that fitted our needs. Delivery was smooth. We have been using the new Bosh 500 dishwasher for a month. Extremely happy with the product and the whole process. Will definitely use tri city for future appliance purchase. Oh. After getting the run around for months at Lowe’s we decided to go to Tri-City. We were promptly greeted by Michael. He asked what brought us in today and we told him we needed a new laundry set. We absolutely hated our top loaders and Michael immediately recommended Electrolux as he pulled out his phone to show us he has the same set. We were debating stacking or not and Michael gave us his experience, his new place there stacked before they weren’t and he said it honestly don’t matter there fantastic machines, like all salesman say. But he had the pictures to show my wife everything and explained the reason why to get the best set due to 3 pumps pods in tray no soap stains. But the steam dryer sold my wife once he explained and when I say explained remember we left Lowe’s who couldn’t explain how steam was made in dryer. Michael was fantastic and I think I was wrong and he may have these machines cause he knew everything about them. I waited a week to do a review and my wife is extremely happy with the Electrolux 627 series. Once he said do you have kids? I knew I was paying as he told my wife 30 minutes for small load washed and dried 30 total minutes and the steam is better then he said. Thank you Lowe’s for messing up and thank you Michael for recommending these excellent machines. When I asked the million dollar question about stock and delivery he immediately said sir I wouldn’t show you something I couldn’t get and can deliver this week. First experience here 100% 5⭐ For Michael the difference in knowledge between independent and box stores is not even comparable. We assumed they would cost more but nope he had his iPad shows us Lowe’s and Home Depot prices and matched them. Very happy with our experience we will be back soon for a stove. Michael says Airfry is the best right now and again tons of pictures of everything he cooked as he has that to. Tri City should always be your only stop the 100% match prices and will help you in any way.

This was my second purchase from Tri-City, Micheal has been selling my family and clients appliances for many years. We needed a new fridge and immediately called Micheal he came by after work to measure i removed the cabinet and same week my new amazing Bosch was delivered. Delivery crew was as Micheal expected and promised and selling to family friends isn't easy but he was correct. A month later i just had new Maytag laundry delivered same amazing crew and absolutely love the machines. Thank you Michael 5⭐ Service as always but big 5⭐ To the professional delivery guys even with a local store we trust Micheal as he’s always came threw when needed and he was able to give a better price then the local store and delivery it 3 weeks earlier on fridge and a month for laundry. He said his company is smart and keeps a local warehouse stocked. All covid we haven’t waited once. Will send my clients to Micheal and Tri-City.

We love Tri-City Sales. They are so much better than the big box stores. Their prices are as good as the box stores or better. They even have more brands of appliances than the box stores. Kerri, who was the representative who helped us, gave us personalized service. She knows all about the appliances and could give us recommendations based on our needs. She even helped us with the rebate offers on the appliances that we picked.Because of the pandemic, we couldn't get our kitchen ready for our new appliances; but Tri-City Sales held our appliances until we could take delivery. What other store would do this for a customer- certainly not the box stores? Great selection, great prices, and customized service. I will never get my appliances from any other store except Tri-City.

When I remodeled my kitchen two years ago, I had so many questions, and she was there every step of the way. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to listen when you’re going through a big project. Just had my washing machine (that I bought somewhere else years ago) break down unexpectedly and she is the first person I thought of! I told her I needed a new machine ASAP with the holidays coming. I went into Tri-City Sales in Ipswich recently to buy a washer and dryer. I had heard there was a shortage during the pandemic, but Kerri worked diligently and even gave us choices with a short delivery lead time. Her customer service and product knowledge made the transaction simple, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a gas dryer which we've not used before. Not a lot of stock around with covid these days. I called many stores looking for a certain size fridge. I was doing this for my mom who is not a computer person. We called Tri-City Michael asked a lot of questions about sizes and door ways and then asked for our number so he could see if they had it in local stock. I figured we would never hear back, 10 minutes later he called had a fridge that fit my small spot and made sure to ask a few times if we had a dead fridge. When I informed him yes he again said I will call in 2 minutes and he did and I had a new fridge less the 2 days later. Delivery guys Eric and Aral and they were really amazing they went above and beyond and were extremely cautious. We had asked Michael about free delivery and he explained he would match prices but there delivery crews are highly trained and well worth $59 he was correct they were really nice and professional. Would recommend Tri-City to anyone who wants to support small businesses and actually have questions answered. 5 ⭐ for Michael Eric and aral made a phone sale go as easy as possible as we did not want to go to store.

Due to Covid I’m stuck inside majority of the time. I called stores all day looking for a big tub washer. Michael in the Salem store was very easy to work with and extremely patient as we had to go threw a lot to find one but he did and was a pleasure. He had it delivered 3 days later and was a great experience, there delivery crew made this massive washer look easy. A week later not 1 but both my dishwashers died I called Michael again and he was able to secure me the exact 2 Bosch I wanted. I spent days calling stores and due to Covid stock is low. Tri City I got lucky in the washer but the dishwasher Michael didn’t hesitate as he knew the owner stocked both models locally. Very good experience highly recommend and will always use them. Top to bottom sales to delivery great experience!! Michael even was kind enough to help me on his day off on his personal cell definitely 5 ⭐ Operation.

I must say Tri-City Sales really went above and beyond for me. I had ordered a stacked washer and dryer from Barons Major Brands, and was given the run around for over a month. Our experience with her was tremendous, and she followed through on any questions and issues we had with our new appliances (4) up to our delivery date and after! Kerri is extremely knowledgeable with all the appliance brands and what will and won't fit in your kitchen! Somehow she knows what you're looking for once you share your plans! Kerri was quick to "call" and followed up on our emails within a day!! When we struggled with our rebates, she took the time to guide us through the websites and made this task less stressful! Walked in with the intention of buying a white top-freezer fridge, but walked out after buying a stainless bottom-freezer fridge. The customer service at the Salem store is great we had an issue with a new washer and they had someone out the same day. Realized he couldn't fix it there was a computer problem. They delivered us a replacement in 2 days hooked it up and works great . I didn't get the delivery guys names there were 3 but they we all polite had masks had us up and running or should I say washing in no time .I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know

Who really understands what a nightmare it is to have your refrigerator die until it happens to you? Add into that nightmare the fact that Memorial Day weekend is looming and that inventory is extremely low due to the fact that the factories that manufacture the brand we need to fit our space have closed indefinitely because of the pandemic. I called many places, starting with the big box stores and really started to think we'd be trying out life without a fridge. On a friend's recommendation, I called Tri-City. Tri-City answered the phone, found me a floor model, disclosed the fact that there was a tiny scratch on it (I can't find it to be honest) and delivered on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at no extra charge. They were super-helpful and went above and beyond for us. I won't shop anywhere else in the future.

Even during a pandemic when online and over the phone shopping are a buyer’s only options, Michael was excellent in helping me choose and purchase a washer/dryer set for a new home. He was very patient with my questions and knowledgeable about the products. Once my decision was made, it was no time before I had my receipt via email. All I have to do is call with a delivery date. Had a rental with a Mom and Dad and 3 kids including a baby needing a new fridge and range. Big box store pushed out delivery several weeks so we cancelled and called Tri-City. Fridge died in the middle of the night during the pandemic. I called Tri-City Sales and the sales guy helped me identify a solution. We decided to put the fridge in the basement because of the pandemic. Within 2 hours it was delivered, a contact-less delivery. They even wiped it down with disinfectant. I’ve already told them I’m going back when I’m ready to replace my broken fridge in the kitchen. Totally amazing customer service.

Carol MacGregor at Tri-City Sales was wonderful to work with. We did a complete kitchen renovation and she was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the appliances we ended up purchasing. She made the process so stress-free because she knows what she’s talking about. I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in. She was not high pressure and did not steer me to the most expensive appliances. She emailed back and forth with our contractor to make sure all dimensions were exact. She also helped with the rebate forms and I don’t think too many salespeople would bother once you leave the store. The delivery was smooth, the men were polite and quick. A very positive experience, even went back for a washer and dryer. Would highly recommend Tri-City and ask for Carol. You won’t be disappointed.

It was very easy to work with Chuck on the phone while looking at the Tri-City website. Chuck answered all my questions. He made a suggestion or two. I looked up reviews on other websites while talking with him. I made the purchased over the phone with a credit card. Very easy. The delivery happened the very next day. The delivery guys were great. They were friendly and true professionals. They hauled out the old washing machine, installed the new one, and took away the box and packaging. Perfect!

Great staff, easy to work with, and great delivery crew! We were having work done in the kitchen and replacing all of the appliances, so this required coordinating 2 separate deliveries. Tri-City mad that very easy. And then for the fridge we had the new one coming in, the old one going to the basement, and the older one in the basement as to be removed. i reviewed it with the delivery crew when they arrived and they got right to work on it. No problems. Quick, efficient, and vert friendly. Don't forget to tip them if you have some extra moves like that.

Was able to work with a sales manager via text messaging to select a 30" slide-in gas range. Great offer on Frigidaire Gallery w/Air Fry, they price matched and we also will receive an additional $100 mail-in rebate. They're taking care of everything delivery, install, and removal of the old range and a plumber for only $250. Very easy to work with.

My husband and I are switching from oil heat to gas, and since we will be doing so we wanted to start searching for a high end gas range. Needless to say, I have been cooking on electric for forty-nine years, but knowing gas is the best for novice cooks, that was what I wanted to go with. Looked first at State Street Discount, as they have a higher volume to choose from. Salesman was not helpful and did not offer any info, just wanted to sell us a wolf stove, so we left. Went to Tri-City on the way home, and I asked about things I knew nothing about just to get a heads up on what to look for. The salesman that assisted us was top notch. He took a little over an hour explaining every single detail on the two ranges we were interested in, Wolf and GE Café. Price did not matter, this is my hobby, and we always buy top of the line. I wanted large knobs in the front, and a professional look and workmanship to it. Finally settled on the Thermador. The salesman` name is Sean Curtis, and he knows his stuff. After he did all the configurations, this was the most for our money. It has it all. After we arrived home, it turned out that we did not have enough height from the top of our range, which is a thirty year old Jenn-Aire, to the bottom of the above range microwave. Not too mention the upper cabinets are longer due to the seven inch soffet we have from the ceiling. So, after all is said and done, we cannot go with a gas range, unless we do a complete remodeling from top to bottom. We have cherry Quaker Maid cabinets which are still beautiful, and, at this stage of our life, do not want to put that kind of money into the kitchen. But when my electric coil Jenn-aire dies, we will definitely return to Tri-City and seek out Sean. He is the old school mind salesman in a young body. Thanks again, Sean, for you expertise. We definitely will be seeing you again whether it be a new fridge, and yes, it has a drip pan, or a new electric, and I hate those smooth cooktops, range. I am very old school. Bring back my coils!! Our 3rd time back and this time it was to purchase a new refrigerator and like the last 3 purchases (washer,dryer and microwave) Tri-City did not disappoint. very prompt and courteus service. I called and spoke to Janet and asked her about a specific model I was interested in and she said they have it and when I went in to make the purchase she had the PO ready to go! quick, easy and simple. Janet was able to price match the refrigerator with costco and they were out until the 4th for deliveries and I explained to her that we had no refrigerator and with 2 kids in the house that was getting difficult. she took the time to call the owner and explained to him my situation and they had it delivered in 2 days! Wouldn't buy from anyone else. These guys are fantastic from the sales staff to the wonderful delivery guys. I wouldn't let anyone buy their delivery guys into my house. And the prices are comparable or beat the big box stores. Why would you go anywhere else?
