We bought a washing machine at a very good price. They beat the other store's prices and not only delivered it and installed it, but provided new hoses for the washer at no extra charge. Great shopping experience with no rush by the employees. Highly recommend it.

To Whom It May Concern: I just wanted to take a moment to write you to about two members of your staff and my experience. Yesterday I had a new washer and dryer delivered. Lenny and Joe were the delivery men. They were friendly and helpful through out the process, despite the fact that it was a difficult delivery. My old washer and dryer did not want to come out of the laundry closet and - even after they did - the vent pipe coming out of my wall was short and made hooking up the dryer difficult. Lenny and Joe were patient and pleasant throughout the trials. An Electrolux double wall oven was bought by me in your Ipswich store inDecember 2015 from a knowledgeable salesperson named Janet. It was deliveredon time by pleasant delivery men to my home in Middleton on Saturday January 2, 2016, and installed on Monday January 4, 2016. It was non-operational at installation time. It was also a bit dirty inside and stained in-between the glass panes, unreachable for cleaning. The racks did not slide in or out without having to pull hard. Several repair visits later it was still non-operational and loud as a lawnmower. Your excellent service team was extremely helpful in replacing the lemon with a new operating model. It works great and sparkles.nMichele Cole was very helpful and fast in her response. Thinking that I would be angry from this, I was surprised not to be, since your professional staff instantly put me at ease. Your team greatly impressed me. Many thanks for your quality service.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize excellent service. Last Sunday, my washing machine died full of water and clothes. I hopped in the car and took a quick trip to the Ipswich store. I talked with Janet who showed me some options, outlined the benefits of each, and encouraged me to take the model numbers so I could research and read reviews online. I did so, and decided on her first recommendation (an Electrolux HE front load machine) based on the many positive reviews I saw. I did find the unit for about $50 less and called Janet who was able to match the Home Depot price. I was happy with this and happy to keep the business local.

In addition, the drivers who delivered were right on time, quick to bring in, set up, and remove the old machine. This was no easy task with a flight of stairs and 2 doorways that were less than 2" wider than the washer itself. In fact, they had both delivered our 4 kitchen appliances about a year and a half ago and remembered that as well as the old kitchen. They were two really nice guys.

Within 15 minutes of their departure, I was well on my way to catching up with a few days backlog of laundry.

As a former small business owner, I appreciate good service, and wanted to bring this to your attention.

Dear Tri-City Sales,

I am writing to commend three of your employees for their professionalism and courtesy this week

We have been your customer for eleven years and bought all of our appliances from you when we redid our house in 2002. On Monday, our washer failed and I called to get it replaced, not expecting to get anything before the holiday but hoping for next weekend.

Instead, the employee who took my call (Chuck) helped me pick out washer and arrange for delivery yesterday. He listened to what I needed, called the warehouse and worked the delivery schedule to get this done for use before the holiday.

On Tuesday, the delivery occurred on schedule; I did not get the names of your two employees but it was around 2:45pm. They were quick and courteous throughout. However, when they went to back their truck down our driveway into the deeded turning area, my neighbor caused a problem and confronted them. Throughout the situation, your driver was careful, professional and polite, turned his truck where I directed him to do so (in the easement) and left.

Yes, we did shop Home Depot even in our dire washer emergency but decided to buy from you again instead and we are glad we did so. This is why we remain your customer.
